Our Delivery Partners

We use the following courier services for all shipments:

  • The Courier Guy - For door-to-door delivery
  • Paxi Pep - For convenient collection at your nearest PEP store

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. During checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred delivery method based on your location.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method:

  • Major Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The weight and size of your order
  • Your chosen delivery method

You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number for your parcel
  • Updates on your delivery status

You can track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy or Paxi Pep using the tracking number provided.

Paxi Pep Collection

If you choose Paxi Pep collection:

  1. Select a PEP store near you at checkout
  2. You'll receive an SMS notification when your parcel arrives
  3. Collect your parcel from the selected PEP store within 7 days
  4. Bring your ID and collection code

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

  • Delayed shipment
  • Missing parcel
  • Damaged packaging

Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection. Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

Public Holidays and Weekends

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
